1. WHO COLLECTS YOUR DATA?

The party responsible for processing the USERS' data collected via the Site is LANDEMA, a simplified joint stock company with a share capital of 500,000 euros, registered in the Mont de Marsan Trade and Companies Register under number 902 953 215, whose registered office is located at 2760 route de Bélis in Le Sen (40420), in the person of its legal representative duly authorised to enter into these terms and conditions (hereinafter "the OPERATOR", "LANDEMA" or "We").

2. WHAT IS A COOKIE?

A cookie is a small text file placed on the hard disk of your terminal when you visit a website. It records certain information about your browsing or online behaviour which enables us to improve and facilitate your experience as an Internet user.

For the sake of convenience, the term "cookie" covers various technologies (tag, pixel, SDK, etc.) which also enable information to be deposited on or read from your Terminal during your browsing. 2. Audience and performance measurement
These cookies enable us to improve the overall experience of the Site and to improve our offers and services by compiling statistics and counting the number of visits to and use of the various pages and sections of the Site (number of visits, pages viewed, users' route through the Site, frequency of return to the Site, etc.) in order to improve operations, anonymously. No personal data is processed in this context.

3. Cookies for personalising content and services
These cookies provide additional functionalities that are likely to be of interest to the user, although they are not essential to the basic use of the Site. For example, these cookies enable the user to:

post a product review
have an experience tailored to their browsing habits (personalised product recommendations, highlighting of previously consulted categories, etc.).

4. Cookies linked to advertising operations

7. YOUR RIGHTS OF ACCESS, DELETION AND OPPOSITION

Right to the portability of the data you have provided to us, where your data is subject to automated processing based on your consent or on a contract (Article 20 GDPR);

In the event of your death and in the absence of instructions from you, we undertake to destroy your data, unless its retention is necessary for evidential purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

These rights may be exercised by sending a simple request by e-mail to contact@landema.com or by post to LANDEMA, 2760 route de Bélis, 40420 Le Sen, indicating your contact details (surname, first name, address) and a legitimate reason where this is required by law (in particular in the event of opposition to processing).

If you provide us with a copy of your identity document to prove your identity, we will keep it for one (1) year, or three (3) years if you provide it in order to exercise your right to object.

8. RETENTION PERIOD

In any event, the information stored in your terminal (e.g. cookies) or any other element used to identify you for audience statistics purposes is not kept beyond a period of twenty-four (24) months.

After this period, the raw traffic data associated with an identifier is either deleted or made anonymous.
