Originating from Armenia, coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) is a plant cultivated since 1500 BCE for its leaves and seeds used as spices. It was introduced to Europe by the Romans and was the first spice to reach America, thus contributing to its dissemination worldwide.

Manufacturing
