Nerolidol

Nerolidol belongs to the family of sesquiterpene alcohols or sesquiterpenols and diterpenols and is therefore recognized for having the following properties:

• Phlebotonic and lymphotonic
• Narrow-spectrum anti-infectious

For this family of molecules, there is little to no toxicity at usual doses.

Nerolidol is a molecule present in the following essential oils:

• Ambrette (Hibiscus abelmoschus)
• Peruvian Balsam (Myroxylon balsamum)
