Beeswax Absolute : Authenticity and expertise

This product has a butter-like texture. To facilitate its use, gentle heating is recommended depending on its consistency:
• For pasty products or those that are difficult to handle at room temperature, you can either heat them slightly (e.g., in a water bath or dry oven) or use them directly with suitable utensils, such as spatulas.
Avoid exposing the product to high temperatures (do not exceed 40°C) to preserve all its natural properties. Once warmed or prepared, ensure you use clean utensils for transferring or applying it.

Production

Harvest

The harvest of honey and beeswax is carried out in the Atlas Mountains in Morocco

Manufacturing

Bee wax, produced by bees for building hive combs, is harvested during honey collection. It is packaged and shipped by beekeepers to the Biolandes factory in Khémisset for processing. The final stage of manufacturing our absolute, as well as quality control and final packaging, takes place in France at our main facility in Le Sen, located in the Landes region.

Cosmetics

This beeswax absolute is incorporated into the formulation of emulsions, balms, and skincare oils. It is suitable for all skin types. Recommended in facial care products (day/night creams), it is also included in the composition of makeup products (lipsticks, mascaras), skincare products for mature skin, and hand creams.

Perfumery

Used in fine perfumery, beeswax absolute imparts a sweet note in floral scents such as tuberose, jasmine, rose, and mimosa. It has the effect of softening and adding roundness to the fragrance when combined with notes of leather, tobacco, dried fruits, and gingerbread.
