Harvest
The plant native to Eurasia known as Nigella Sativa, or black cumin, is an annual species belonging to the Ranunculaceae family. Since ancient times, it has been harvested and used for various purposes, including culinary and medicinal applications. Currently, its cultivation is mainly concentrated in Mediterranean regions, Western Asia, and the Middle East, where the climatic conditions are favorable for its growth.
Manufacturing
To offer this organic vegetable oil of Nigella (black cumin), we have established a collaboration with selected producers in Egypt. Nigella seeds are cold-pressed to obtain a premium-quality virgin oil. A touch of vitamin E, a natural antioxidant (tocopherol), is added to facilitate preservation.
