The Coffea genus encompasses a wide variety of shrubs native to the intertropical zones of the globe, comprising approximately 80 species and several hundred types. Among the most widespread are Coffea Arabica and Coffea Canephora, commonly known as Robusta.

For use as a flavouring in foodstuffs, dilute the extract beforehand on a suitable carrier such as vegetable oil or honey, without exceeding 700g/kg of food preparation.
