Harvest
Vanilla, a precious orchid native to Mexico, has spread worldwide to become the most prized spice. Today, Madagascar stands out as the world's leading producer of Vanilla planifolia pods, renowned for their "Bourbon" quality.
Manufacturing
We have established our Malagasy factory in Ambanja, at the heart of the famous vanilla triangle in northeastern Madagascar. It is there that we source vanilla pods from selected producers, thereby preserving the authenticity and quality of our extract.

Main areas of application :
Cosmetic Perfumery Flavor - FoodCosmetics
Vanilla extract is a valuable ingredient in the cosmetic industry, especially in the formulation of facial and body care products. This extract can also be used in a variety of cosmetic products, such as care oils, scented bath oils, after-sun oils, massage oils, and nourishing body oils.
Food flavor
Our organic Bourbon vanilla extract from Madagascar supports cocoa, vanilla, coffee or praline notes and rounds out fruity or dried fruit flavors. With its authentic note, it can be used to flavor or enhance the taste of patisserie, bakery products, ice creams, sweets, cookies, dairy products and beverages. Pure vanilla absolute (available elsewhere) is highly concentrated, viscous and even solid. Dilution with 35% organic ethanol facilitates processing, while keeping the product 100% natural and intense.
Perfumery
In fine fragrances, this extract of Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar confers gourmand notes reminiscent of crêpes and French pastries, with nuances of lively rum. Pure vanilla absolute (available elsewhere) is highly concentrated, viscous and even solid. Dilution with 35% organic ethanol makes it easy to use, while keeping the product 100% natural and intense.
