Production
Harvest
Bulgaria is among the major producers of fragrance roses (alongside Morocco and Turkey). The rose bushes bloom from May to June, and the hand-harvested flowers are distilled or extracted within 24 hours to preserve their delicate fragrance. One hectare of cultivation can yield 3 to 5 tons of flowers.
Manufacturing
In Bulgaria, we cultivate 100 hectares of roses and supplement our purchases from producer cooperatives. The essential oil is produced on the same day as the harvest using the traditional Bulgarian process.

Perfumery
Being one of the most famous raw materials in perfumery due to the diffusion, sensuality, and softness it imparts to fragrances, the iconic Bulgarian rose in the perfumery world offers aldehydic, warm, metallic, and very powerful notes that mellow into the delicate scent of freshly picked flowers. It brings a natural signature, in minute dosage, to all compositions, and its tenacity is remarkable.

Usage tips
Manual:
Pour une utilisation en arôme, diluer préalablement l'huile essentielle dans la matière grasse de la recette (18 gouttes maximum / kg de préparation alimentaire). Tenir hors de portée des enfants. Ne pas utiliser pour les enfants de moins de 7 ans, les femmes enceintes et allaitantes, les personnes ayant des antécédents de troubles épileptiques ou convulsifs ainsi que chez les personnes allergiques aux huiles essentielles et extraits de plantes.
