Description
Discover our Damask Rose Essential Oil, an exceptional natural extract directly sourced from our farm in Bulgaria.
This product has a solid or pasty texture. To facilitate its use, gentle heating is recommended depending on its consistency:
• For solidified or hard products, gentle warming in a water bath, placing the container in a temperate environment (such as near a mild heat source), or holding it in your hands to benefit from body heat can help liquefy or soften it.
• For pasty products or those that are difficult to handle at room temperature, you can either heat them slightly (e.g., in a water bath or dry oven) or use them directly with suitable utensils, such as spatulas.
Avoid exposing the product to high temperatures (do not exceed 40°C) to preserve all its natural properties. Once warmed or prepared, ensure you use clean utensils for transferring or applying it.
Note: For technical reasons, the vial used for the 1mL packaging has a capacity of approximately 4mL, so it is normal for it to appear about one-quarter full. The packaging is carried out using precise and calibrated laboratory equipment.

Production
Harvest
Bulgaria is among the major producers of fragrance roses (alongside Morocco and Turkey). The rose bushes bloom from May to June, and the hand-harvested flowers are distilled or extracted within 24 hours to preserve their delicate fragrance. One hectare of cultivation can yield 3 to 5 tons of flowers.
Manufacturing
In Bulgaria, we cultivate 100 hectares of roses and supplement our purchases from producer cooperatives. The essential oil is produced on the same day as the harvest using the traditional Bulgarian process.

Pour une utilisation en arôme, diluer préalablement l'huile essentielle dans la matière grasse de la recette (18 gouttes maximum / kg de préparation alimentaire). Tenir hors de portée des enfants. Ne pas utiliser pour les enfants de moins de 7 ans, les femmes enceintes et allaitantes, les personnes ayant des antécédents de troubles épileptiques ou convulsifs ainsi que chez les personnes allergiques aux huiles essentielles et extraits de plantes.
