Lime tree Organic COSMOS
Description
Organic lime tree hydrolate: gentleness and comfort for sensitive skin
The large-leaved lime tree (Tilia platyphyllos) is a majestic tree native to temperate regions of Europe, recognised by its large heart-shaped leaves and pale yellow flowers with a distinctive fragrance. Capable of living up to 1,000 years and reaching 40 metres in height, it is deeply rooted in European botanical heritage. The lime tree hydrolate distributed by Landema is obtained by distilling organically grown flowers, collected by local partners and distilled at our production facility in France. It holds COSMOS certification.
This hydrolate is used in cosmetics within formulations designed for sensitive or delicate skin. Incorporated as an aqueous phase in tonic lotions, facial mists, creams or masks, it brings a soft, floral profile that enhances the olfactory experience of care products.
