Black pepper Signature
Description
Black pepper is the dried fruit of a flowering vine, primarily cultivated for its berries used as a spice and seasoning. When fully ripe, the fruit—known as a peppercorn—turns dark red and becomes black upon drying.
We source our black peppercorns from trusted producers in Madagascar. They are then shipped to France, where we distill them in our own facilities to produce an essential oil of outstanding olfactory quality.
Madagascan black pepper essential oil is defined by its spicy note—both warm and enveloping—sometimes reminiscent of clove or grey pepper. This aromatic richness makes it especially well-suited to fine perfumery, where it lends depth and energy to compositions.
Note: For technical reasons, the vial used for the 1mL packaging has a capacity of approximately 4mL, so it is normal for it to appear about one-quarter full. The packaging is carried out using precise and calibrated laboratory equipment.
