Production
Harvest
Helichrysum is a small herbaceous plant that thrives in dry areas around the Mediterranean. It is commonly cultivated but can also be harvested in the wild. The harvest takes place during full bloom in June. The flowering tops, with a strong curry odor, are steam-distilled immediately after harvesting to produce the essential oil.
Manufacturing
This essential oil is produced in Corsica by cultivator-distillers.
