Production
Harvest
Common juniper, found in extensive regions of Southern and Eastern Europe, is a small tree that grows wild in poor limestone soils, forming slow-growing bushes that rarely exceed 4 m in height. Abundant in essential oil, the false fruits of the juniper, inaccurately called 'berries,' are commonly used as spices in Europe and form the basis for flavoring gin.
Manufacturing
We produce this essential oil of juniper berries, also known as juniper essential oil, at one of our French production sites using berries harvested in Macedonia and Bulgaria. All our essential oils undergo checks in our laboratory and are packaged in our workshop in Le Sen, Landes. A certificate of analysis is provided with each ordered product - you can find these documents in your order history within your customer account.

Perfumery
This essential oil provides fresh ozonic facets with lentisque effects, and its classic notes instantly evoke the scent of Gin. Harmonizing perfectly with spicy, woody, as well as fern, chypre, and floral accords, it is suitable for use in all perfumed bases.
Cosmetics
Juniper extracts are incorporated into the formulation of cosmetic products such as makeup removers, gels, and are also found in products used for problematic skin, oily skin, cellulite, and hair care.
