Vegetable oil is a natural fatty substance obtained from the extraction of oleaginous plants, generally by cold-pressing the seeds. There are also solvent extraction processes (not at Landema, except in special cases - in all cases, the production method is explained on each product). Some vegetable oils can be deodorized or even refined, depending on their intended use and properties.
Vegetable oils are used as carriers and/or for their properties and benefits, in cosmetics, aromatherapy, well-being and food (for food use, check that the vegetable oil is food grade).
