Recipes & dosages

• sweet orange: 5 ml (≈ 150 drops)

• lemon: 3 ml (≈ 90 drops)

• grapefruit: 2 ml (≈ 60 drops)

Shake before each use.
Diffusion: add 6–8 drops to your diffuser, 15–20 min per hour, in a ventilated room.

How to use

How long should I diffuse?
