Food flavor

Our peppermint essential oil can be used as a food flavouring. It is typically used to make syrups, drinks, confectionery, chocolates, pastries and even gourmet cuisine. A single drop is all it takes to flavour a large quantity of food, adding powerful flavours with no extra calories and 100% natural.

As a reminder, essential oils are not water-soluble, so it may be useful to use a food emulsifier such as Solubol. Otherwise, dilute in a small quantity of syrup before mixing well with the drink or aqueous phase. For sauces or pastries, mix into the fat in the preparation. You can combine several essential oils to create powerful, unique flavours and create original signature dishes that evoke memorable tastes and emotions that will leave a lasting impression on your guests !
