Linalyl acetate
Linalyl acetate is part of the terpene ester family and is therefore recognized for its properties:
- Neurotropic antispasmodic
- Calming and sedative
- Antihypertensive
- Anti-inflammatory
- Analgesic
Linalyl acetate is also recognized as a cardiac regulator.
At therapeutic doses, terpene esters do not present toxicity. However, ensure to dilute highly concentrated essential oils containing terpene esters for long-term topical administration on very sensitive skin.
